- To correct abuses, relive oppression and crave for the Rastafari community, and our posterity, a destiny compatible with our ideas of perfect manhood of God purposes in creating us: that we may save ourselves from annihilation.
- To seek peace and pursuit of happiness for all people.
- To teach and bring forth the thorough understanding of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and its religious education and ideologies in the prison system, jail and training centers.
- To promote and develop multi-cultural programs, services, and educational enhancement for the people of the Rastafari Religion.
- Top develop and maintain a Rastafari National Museum and Archive in Los Angeles which will work in partnership with the community to promote Rastafari identity, enhance cultural awareness, strength a sense of community and enhance its physical, social and cultural environment.
- To document the life and history of Rastafari people during the 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th centuries during the Spanish, Dutch, French and English era.
- To provide national programs of research, collection, preservation, documentation, education, exhibition and publication, while maintaining the highest standards of scholarship and integrity.
- To promote community education and public awareness of the experiences and contribution of Rastafarians.
- To promote and support Rastafari activities in the arts, sciences, religion, humanities.
- To promote a venue for organizations involved in the promotion of Rastafari religion and culture
